  • Isolator – With one-click, disconnect an individual by name at the switch port level. This is a powerful tool for enforcing company policy and halting the spread of network infections.
  • Instant Assist – With one-click, immediately Remote Desktop to an end-user’s computer to take instant control of a problem system from inside Locate. No need to walk the user through an “ipconfig” command to discover the IP—Locate already knows it. Also via Instant Assist, IT staff can log in as an Administrator to complete maintenance requests remotely when the user is out of the office, eliminating the need for a physical on-site visit.
  • Motion Detector – Network managers can proactively prevent equipment loss of theft with Motion Detector. It sends an alert when people change computers, computers change switch ports, people change switch ports, and new computers appear on the network.

Highlights: By passively analyzing network packets, eTelemetry automatically tells network managers the exact number of users on the network by name as well as their physical location, switch port, department, name, and phone number in real time, and archives this information for up to five years.
