2014 Introduction and Welcome
Welcome to the 2014 security industry's premier excellence awards program honoring achievements in every facet of the security industry. There is no other industry-wide recognitions program like this. This 10th annual industry and peers program now has several major sections making this one of the most and only complete security recognitions and achievements award program in the world.

The previous year's awards program was held in San Francisco and was a tremendous success. Some of the world's largest and smallest companies took home the awards.
More than 50 judges from a broad spectrum of industry voices from around the world participated and their average scores determined the award winners.
What's New and Different for 2014:
Introducing the Grand Global Excellence Trophy: The Grand Global Excellence Trophy will be awarded to only the Best of the Best award winners at the awards banquet.
The top entries in each category will be honored with the Gold status followed by Silver status and all other remaining finalists in each category being designated as Bronze winners. A Gold status in each category will earn an organization 3 points, a Silver status 2 points, and a Bronze status 1 point. Adding up all these scores, the top overall scoring organizations will be honored with the Grand Trophy.
