Question 1: I forgot my judge's login ID and PW. How do I get my access again?
Answer 1: You must send an email to rake [@] goldenbridgeawards [dot] com to get a new access issued to you.
Question 2: I do not have a judge's login ID and PW. How do I get one?
Answer 2: You must first apply to be a judge and if your application is accepted, you'll be assigned categories based on your experience and industry. Apply now.
Question 3: I have used these products before so should I score based on my actual experience with the nominated products, company, etc. or the nomination content?
Answer 3: Score based on your actual experience with the nominated product, company, etc.
Question 4: I have never used these products so how should I score?
Answer 4: Score based on the nomination content provided.
Question 5: Can I score at a time and day most suitable for me?
Answer 5: Yes, you could be anywhere in the world or traveling and still complete your scoring at a time and day most suitable for you. However please note that the scoring must be completed by the deadline provided to you.
Question 6: I believe that a particular product is not suitable for the nominated category, so how should I score?
Answer 6: Select "Wrong Category" from the drop down scoring menu. Also add your comments in the "Judges Comments" box as to why you believe that particular product is not suitable for the nominated category. |
