Real-time communications such as instant messaging, webmail, P2P are not highly popular but also disruptive and security risk for enterprises unless carefully managed with clear usage policies. Many enterprises are struggling to close the security holes opened by such grenet applications. FaceTime Communications provides security solutions enabling businesses to secure and control greynet applications such as instant messaging, adware/spyware, webmail, P2P file sharing, web conferencing and instant voice.

"Highly mobile work force, combined with high-pressure response times, 7x24 service and global reach are some of the reasons behind the growing success of IM, webmail and other real-time communication methods. This is also giving birth to a whole lot of security risks for enterprises. FaceTime’s gateway-to-desktop spyware prevention solution enjoyed over 100% growth quarter-over-quarter – it is the only solution with patent pending inoculation to prevent spyware on a PC without installing any client software.
During the third quarter ending July 2005, FaceTime achieved the highest revenue quarter in the company’s history, expanding its customer leadership by winning a record number of new customers for regulatory compliance, IM security, spyware prevention and P2P control. FaceTime is continuing to see its business grow within financial services and are rapidly extending across other vertical industries as organizations recognize the need for visibility and protection against unsanctioned applications. FaceTime Q4 revenue for the end of October eclipsed Q3, resulting in the 2nd consecutive record quarter for the company.
FaceTime Enterprise Edition serves eight of the ten largest banks and 17 FIMA members, providing instant messaging policy management, message hygiene, compliance capabilities, blocking of unauthorized IM, and network protection.
