Product Description: Orchestria applies corporate and regulatory policy to email, webmail, blogs, instant messaging, handhelds and Bloomberg Professional at the point of user interaction. Performing message analysis that is unmatched, Orchestria discerns the true intent of a message to determine whether it violates a policy. Going far beyond simple lexicon or key-word analysis, Orchestria classifies a message by using its metadata as well as message and attachment content. Orchestria’s technology enables the highest level of analysis accuracy in the market, allowing reviewers and compliance officers to be confident that they will find and address actual violations that are occurring within their organizations.

Performance: The maximum throughput for analyzing messages to determine whether they violate policy is 3000 messages per second. This includes "messages" from various channels including email, mail sent from mobile devices, IM conversations, Web transactions and Bloomberg messages such as Mail and Instant Bloomberg. 

The maximum number of messages processed during a 24-hour period is more than 15 million. At an average of 70 messages sent/received per day per employee, this throughput would support an organization of well over 200,000 employees with a single, central Orchestria server. 

The maximum number of concurrent sessions for the Review Console - Orchestria can scale to support thousands of concurrent sessions. Orchestria has been architected to be able to support the largest, most decentralized user communities, from the perspective of either analyzing or reviewing/auditing messages. 

Orchestria supports an unlimited number of policies. Orchestria offers more than 200 pre-built policies, designed and built with proven best-practices, to address business issues ranging from those related to regulatory requirements to those related to Human Resources issues. 

Interfaces: While Orchestria does not require hardware interfaces, it does interface with a variety of communication channels that maybe present at a corporation. These communication channels include: Microsoft Outlook and Exchange; IBM Lotus Notes and Domino; Microsoft Internet Explorer; Bloomberg Mail; Bloomberg Instant Bloomberg; Facetime Instant Messenger; IMLogic Instant Messenger; Parlano Instant Messenger.

  • Considerable time and money is spent retrieving historical messages. Orchestria streamlines this process by enabling personnel to quickly find relevant messages based on advanced metadata or content.

Highlights: Orchestria analyzes all relevant types of messages including inbound, outbound, and internal messages, which is extremely important since more than half of all violations occur internally.

This technique uses a unique algorithm to apply positive, negative and weighted scoring to analyze a message. This flexible and powerful method enables Orchestria to obtain the highest level of analysis accuracy in the market. This technique enables reviewers and compliance officers to be confident that they will find and address the actual violations that are occurring within their organizations.
