Product Description: The Hydra Privacy Card (Hydra PC) Series II is a unique, portable multifunctional security device that combines removable/replaceable miniSD™ memory with the highly secure Suite B (AES-256, SHA-256, and ECC) cryptographic algorithms. This compact, high-speed encryption device is ideal for protecting, storing, and transporting critical data for markets with regulatory requirements to protect personal or mission-critical information, such as the financial, healthcare, and government industries. The Hydra PC also enables the same powerful Microsoft Windows encryption and authentication services as the SPYRUS Rosetta security devices.

  • High-Assurance Security Services Utilizing High-Strength Suite B Cryptographic Algorithms. Encrypted files can be stored and transported on the replaceable miniSD memory media or written to the local hard drive at data rates of 10+ megabyte/second. These security features protect critical data in transport or at rest. Supported Suite B algorithms include AES, ECC and SHA-2.
  • Cost Effective. The Hydra PC enables the same Microsoft Windows encryption and authentication services as the Rosetta security devices with the additional feature of secure mass storage on a standard miniSD memory card. The miniSD memory media can be upgraded as larger memory sizes become available — no need to replace the entire device when more memory is required.
  • Advanced Authentication. An optional personal ID Verifier sleeve adds secure PIN entry with a display plus a biometric fingerprint sensor for true three-factor authentication without risk of PIN or fingerprint compromise through the computer. All data stored on the device is securely linked to the owner’s identity.
